which provides the download link, your download username, download
password* and another password to open the document.
(You should receive this email within 2 minutes after you complete
your payment. However, please allow up to 10 minutes.)

I am logged in but don't seem to be able to download the file
successfully...
We recommend Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox browsers.
Other browsers are not tested and may not support our download
routine.
When you download the PDF document, do not rename the
file. The security applied to the document does not
permit you to make modifications to the document which includes
changing the name of the file.
