Tan Inky Without Mouth Sells for $610!

An Authenticated Tan Inky Beanie Baby without a mouth sold on Ebay on April 2, 2001 for $610. It was a seven-day auction that attracted six bids. The Beanie baby had been authenticated by Becky Phillips of pbbags.com. The heart tag had been graded GOOD 03 and the tush tag was considered mint. The seller, known as thebartman, had a feedback rating of 937. The auction was advertised on SmartCollecting.com and in our International Newsletter to over 16,000 subscribers.

Inky the Beanie Baby was introduced on June 25, 1994 as a tan octopus without a mouth. A mouth was added in 1995 and later that year the color changed to pink. A tan Inky Beanie Baby without a mouth was produced with a 1st and 2nd generation heart tag. Wallos.com is currently selling tan Inky Beanie Babies without a mouth for $895.
