The
Beanie Babies that were issued in the U.S. and Canada
in 2001 have a 8th Generation Heart Tag and a 9th or
10th generation tush tag. There are 43
Beanie Babies that have an 8th Generation Heart
Tag. The words "Beanie Baby" appear around
a small multi-colored iridescent star on the front of
the heart tag.
A 10th generation tush tag looks very
similar to a 9th generation tush tag except the the
background is not stars and stripes but a watermark
going across it diagonally and when you turn the tag
the heart looks red. Like the 9th generation tush
tag, there is also an eight digit alphanumeric code
printed inside of the tush tag. Below is a sample of
